If the customer has an electronic copy of those data at disposal it can transfer it to ZETES CardS that will handle the file according to the required format.

If the customer does not own any such database ZETES CardS can provide him with a data capture system that will permit him to easily get such an electronic customer database at disposal.
This data capture system works decentralised, allowing a total flexibility in capturing the information. Three versions exist :

• We can provide the customer with paper forms that have to be manually filled in by the cardholder and optionally completed with a picture. Then the forms are collected and sent to ZETES CardS that captures the data at high speed with text recognition, image enhancement, data consistency check (for addresses for instance) and database consistency check (double entries)
• The collection of data can be done electronically by using PCs instead of paper forms. Webcams can be used to capture pictures of the cardholders. Then the data can be sent through the Internet to ZETES CardS for further process
• An alternative option to the previous solution is enabled if the PCs are connected to the Internet. In such a case the registration can be processed through a direct connection to our website.
